Real Property Assessment
Pursuant to Section 5A of the Kauai County Code, Real Property Assessment Division's purpose is to assess all properties within the County of Kauai, which means, to provide accurate, uniform and timely assessment information; maintain the update ownership information; create and revise tax maps for all of Kauai's properties annually.
