I would like to take this opportunity to thank those residents in the pilot area for their participation in the county’s pilot curbside recycling program. The pilot program ran from September 2010 through August 2011 and serviced 1,300 households.  

Information gathered from the pilot program included: participation rate; types and quantities of recyclables collected; customer's perception of the program; common types of contamination; and areas that need improvement. Attached is the pilot curbside report for your review.
