The matrix includes a summary of the Anti-Drug Program office's scope of service, primary purpose, enrollment requirements, and details regarding who the program serves. The matrix is primarily related to youth services, with programs for children ranging from preschool- to high-school age. An adult matrix can be found in the Kaua'i 2008-2013 Community Drug Response Plan, also available for download on our home page. The adult matrix starts on page 157 in the hard copy, and page 165 in the PDF version.
