11 a.m. Sunday Update, Mayor signs emergency proclamation in anticipation of TS Darby

LĪHU'E – Mayor Bernard P. Carvalho, Jr. has signed an emergency proclamation as the County of Kaua‘i prepares for Tropical Storm Darby to approach the islands. The proclamation follows Governor Ige’s proclamation in authorizing the expenditure of funds for disaster-related damages or losses.
