If your household currently receives County of Kaua‘i curbside refuse pickup, it is likely that your day of collection will change as of July 1, 2010. This change is due to the Phase I conversion of the County's collection system to automated refuse pickup.

Even if your household is not converting to automated pickup during Phase I, your weekly pickup day is likely to change because route adjustments for Phase I caused a "ripple effect," requiring balance and reorganization of collection routes throughout the island.

Please enter your street name on the Refuse Collection Day Lookup page to determine your new refuse collection day.

Households in the Lihue area converting to automated pickup during Phase I will be contacted separately by the County with additional information regarding the delivery of your new County-issued collection cart and instructions for use.

If your household does not currently have County curbside refuse pickup, you may disregard this notice.
