Committee on the Status of Women
Erika Valente and Darcie Yukimura passed out logo items!
Each year the Committee on the Status of Women selects a group of women and invites them to speak on the national theme and share their personal stories. These are women who have shaped Hawai‘i’s history and its future through public service and government leadership. They have influenced our public policy, organizations and work tirelessly to make Hawai‘i a better place to live. The event offers an opportunity to meet these extraordinary women and provides a platform to provoke conversation and raise awareness. The goal is to bring the community together and provide inspiration, education and foster hope.
