New hours of operation for KPD Records services beginning Apr. 1

LĪHUʻE – Beginning on Apr. 1, 2024, hours of operation for the Kaua‘i Police Department’s (KPD) Records services and firearms registration will be modified.

Beginning Apr. 1, the Records window will be open Monday through Thursday, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Firearms registration services will be available Monday through Thursday, from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

KPD’s Records Section is adopting a schedule that will significantly increase the public’s accessibility for walk up window service hours to include early morning, late afternoon and lunch hours.
