Staying Connected. Keeping Kauai Safe. The County of Kauai's official mass notification system. The Kaua'i Emergency Management Agency will send out all emergency notifications through this platform, keeping you informaed and safe during incidences. The Kaua'i Department of Water will send Alerts such as water outage alerts, scheduled mainenance alerts, noil water notices and more. Utilizing phone calls, texts, or emails that you opt in for.

 

The County of Kaua‘i’s emergency mass notification service has been updated to the Everbridge platform.

With ALERT Kaua‘i , County officials can rapidly deliver emergency notifications to residents, businesses, and local agencies across the island. Messages may be sent within minutes through multiple channels, including phone calls, text messages, and email.

This service supports a range of hazards, including tsunamis, hurricanes, earthquakes, flash flooding, and other situations that may impact the safety, property, or welfare of Kaua‘i residents.

Publicly available landline phone numbers may be included in the system. However, residents and businesses are strongly encouraged to sign up and provide their preferred contact information to ensure they receive timely alerts.
