DOW temporary phone outage scheduled on June 29

LĪHUʻE - The Department of Water (DOW) announces an initial upgrade to its phone system. On Monday, June 29, 2026, DOW’s telephone service will be temporarily unavailable between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

All other DOW services will otherwise continue as normal. Alternate phone numbers will be available during the temporary phone outage on June 29:

To report a water service outage or leak, call the operations office at 808-855-8209.

For all other services, call the administrative office at 808-755-5824.

For online services, the public is encouraged to visit https://kauaiwater.org, or email billing@kauaiwater.org, or publicrelations@kauaiwater.org.

Regular phone services will resume after the upgrades are complete. DOW would like to thank you in advance for your patience during this improvement project.
