KPD Seeks Public’s Help Locating Runaway 16-year-old

LĪHUʻE – The Kaua‘i Police Department (KPD) is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a runaway juvenile.

Gavin Ballard, a 16-year-old Kapa‘a resident, was last seen in Kapahi on June 2, 2025, at approximately 10:00 p.m. He is 6 feet tall, weighs approximately 130 pounds, and was last seen wearing shorts and a black shirt. He is believed to still be in the Kapa‘a area.

KPD is actively investigating his whereabouts and urges anyone with information to come forward.
