KAPA’A – The Department of Water (DOW) announces a partial lane closure on the East bound lane of Kuhio Highway; between the Kapa’a Bypass Road and Fernandes Road, for emergency mainline repairs today, from 11 a.m. to approximately 5 p.m., weather permitting.
Motorists will be directed to merge into a single lane when traveling near the work zone and are advised to slow down.
Water services will not be impacted at this time.
