Below is the current service status of Kaua‘i’s refuse transfer stations and the Kekaha Landfill as of 11:20 a.m., July 23.

Hanalei Refuse Transfer Station 

Current Status: All services are available.

Regular Operating Hours: 7:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Green waste is open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Location: 5-3751 Kuhio Hwy, Princeville

Kapa'a Refuse Transfer Station

Current Status: All services are available.

Regular Operating Hours: 7:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. 

Location: 5051 Kahi Rd, Kapaʻa

Līhu‘e Refuse Transfer Station

Current Status: All services are available.

Regular Operating Hours: 7:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.

Location: 3450 Ahukini Road, Līhu‘e

Hanapēpē Refuse Transfer Station (NEW UPDATE)

Current Status: All services are available.

Regular Operating Hours: 7:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.

Location: 4380 Lele Road, Hanapēpē

Kekaha Landfill

Current Status: All other services are available.

Regular Operating Hours:  8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Closed for lunch from 12 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. Location: 6900 Kaumuali‘i Hwy, Kekaha
