1:20 p.m. UPDATE: The one-lane road closure is expected to remain in effect until 7 p.m. -- KAPAʻA - The Department of Water (DOW) is announcing an emergency one-lane northbound road closure on a portion of Kuhio Highway near the intersection of Kuhio Highway and Papaloa Road for approximately 8 hours due to a mainline break.
