Water Conservation Notice lifted for Kīlauea service area on Sept. 24

KAUA’I - The Department of Water (DOW) has lifted the water conservation notice for the Kīlauea Water System service area, on Thursday, September 24, 2026.  Customers in the Kīlauea Water System service area may now resume normal water use.

Water Conservation Notice remains in effect for the following service areas until further notice: 

• ʻAnini Water System
• Haʻena-Wainiha Water System 

Water Conservation Notice lifted for the following service areas:

• Anahola Water System
• Hanalei Water System
• Hanapēpē-Ele’ele Water System
• Kekaha-Waimea Water System
• Kalāheo-Kōloa/Poʻipū Water System
• Kīlauea Water System service area
• Puhi/Līhuʻe-Kapaʻa Water System
