The National Weather Service has cancelled the Flash Flood Warning for Kaua‘i. Additionally, Kūhiō Highway near the Hanalei Bridge is now open to one lane of alternating traffic. Motorists are advised to drive with caution and allow for extra travel time as traffic will be slow-going.

Due to the reopening of the highway, the community-run shelter at Hale Halawai in Hanalei is now closed.
