(3:20 p.m.) LIHUE - The Department of Water (DOW) announces an emergency water service shutdown on Ho'omana Road for approximately 4 hours beginning at approximately 3:15 p.m. this afternoon to conduct repairs to a recent mainline break.

An update will be provided if new information is received.
