Community workshop for Waimea 400 Affordable Housing Plan on May 28

WAIMEA – The County of Kaua‘i Housing Agency announces that the final community workshop for the Waimea 400 Affordable Housing Master Plan project will be held on Wednesday, May 28, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Waimea Canyon Middle School Cafeteria.
The workshop will provide updates on the County’s progress for the entire Waimea 400 site and share a conceptual plan based on the community input gathered at the first and second workshops.
If you are interested in attending, please fill out this RSVP Google Form and indicate how many people will be attending. On the form, you can also sign up for email updates on the project.
If you are unable to attend in person, the presentation will be livestreamed on Hōʻike TV's Youtube channel at https://www.youtube.com/@hoikekctv/streams.
Meeting materials will be posted on www.waimea400housing.com after the meeting, along with an online collector form to gather your feedback. Please visit the website to learn more about the project and review the 2022 Waimea 400 Master Plan, previous community survey results, and materials from the previous workshops.
