LĪHUʻE – The Kaua‘i Police Department’s Records services and firearms registration will have modified hours of operation in observance of Thanksgiving Day.
During weeks with state and county holidays, please anticipate modified hours of operation.
During the last week of November, the Records window will be open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Morning hours are from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., and afternoon hours are from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Firearms registration services will also be available on these days, with morning hours from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and afternoon hours from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The Records window will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 28, in observance of Thanksgiving Day.
