KPD Seeks Public’s Help Locating Runaway 14-year-old

LĪHUʻE – The Kaua‘i Police Department (KPD) is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a runaway juvenile.

Levi Winchester, 14, has been reported as missing. He is approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs around 120 pounds, has a slim build, with brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark-colored hooded jacket, blue Dickies brand pants, and a gray backpack while carrying a skateboard. He is known to frequent the Kapa‘a skate park and the Wailua area.

KPD is actively investigating his whereabouts and urges anyone with information to come forward.
