KAPA‘A – The Department of Public Works and the contractor, KIEWIT, are announcing a lane closure along Papaloa Road in Kapa‘a from March 16 to March 23, weekdays, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., weather permitting.
The closure is necessary for construction activities associated with the rehabilitation of a sewage pump station.
Please make the appropriate arrangements to accommodate the necessary lane closure, use alternate routes, and allow extra time to get to destinations. During this time, no parking will be allowed in the work zones. Flaggers will be positioned at the work zone to direct traffic.
