April 8 UPDATE: Work on Lāwa‘i Road extends through April 10
PO‘IPŪ – The Department of Public Works and its contractor, GP Roadway Solutions, announce that Lāwa‘i Road will be closed in the vicinity of the Po‘ipū Road roundabout and Hoonani through April 10, from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., weather permitting.
Work was extended due to the weather.

PO‘IPŪ – The Department of Public Works and its contractor, GP Roadway Solutions, are announcing lane closures at various locations March 31 to April 4, from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., weather permitting.
From March 31 to April 1, Ala Kalanikaumaka Street between Kōloa Road and Lopaka Paipa Boulevard will be closed.
From April 2 to April 3, Ala Kinoiki will be closed in the vicinity of Māhā‘ulepū Road.
From April 3 to April 4, Lāwa‘i Road will be closed in the vicinity of the Po‘ipū Road roundabout and Hoonani Road.
The following closures are necessary for guardrail repair and installation work.
Please make the appropriate arrangements to accommodate the necessary lane closures, use alternate routes, and allow extra time to get to destinations. During this time, no parking will be allowed in the work zones. Flaggers will be positioned at the work zone to direct traffic.
