Office of the Mayor accepting FY 2025-2026 grants proposals on Aug. 16

LĪHUʻE – The County of Kaua‘i Office of the Mayor is accepting proposals from non-profit organizations for its FY 2025-2026 grants-in-aid program starting Aug. 16.
The intent of this grant program is to support projects and activities that meet a distinctive cultural, social, or economic need for which adequate federal or state funding cannot be secured. Proposals submitted shall be reviewed and considered for the funding of projects or program budgets for the applicant.
To apply, visit www.kauai.gov/mayor and click on “COK26 Grant-in-Aid.” The application link goes live on Saturday, Aug. 16.
Proposals must be received on or before 4:30 p.m. on Sept. 11, 2025. This deadline is not a postmarked date. Proposals submitted shall be reviewed and considered for funding.
Eligible nonprofit organizations can apply for varying amounts up to $20,000 of funding.
Applicants will be notified of funding on or around Sept. 28. The project funding period will be Oct. 16, 2025, to Oct. 15, 2026.
