KAPA‘A – The Department of Parks and Recreation announces that registration will open online May 16 for a no-cost youth basketball clinic in partnership with the University of Hawai‘i at Hilo Men’s Basketball coaching staff.
Online registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and will begin at 8 a.m. on Friday, May 16, at https://www.kauai.gov/Government/Departments-Agencies/Parks/Programs/Basketball-Programs.
The clinic will be held on May 22 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Kapa‘a High School Gym. This clinic is open to keiki currently in grades 5 through 8. On the day of the clinic, participant check-in will start at 4:30 p.m. at the Kapa‘a High School Gym. All participants are asked to bring a basketball that suits their skill level, a water bottle, athletic clothing, and athletic shoes.
