Online registration for Winter Fun Program begins Nov. 13

LĪHU‘E – The Department of Parks and Recreation announces that online registration for the County’s Winter Fun Program will begin on Friday, November 13, at 8 a.m.

Interested participants may register by visiting the Department of Parks and Recreation’s Winter Fun page and clicking on “Online Registration”.

The Winter Fun Program is open to children ages 5 to 11 and runs from December 21 through December 31, Monday through Thursday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The program will be closed on December 25 and January 1 in observance of the holidays.

Program sites include the Kekaha, Kalāheo, Kapaa, and Līhu‘e neighborhood centers. The cost of enrollment is $50 per child, and does not include lunch.

Enrollment is limited and will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Parents or guardians will need to provide lunch, beverages, and snacks for their child or children on a daily basis.
