Online registration for Winter Fun Program begins Nov. 14

LĪHU‘E – The Department of Parks and Recreation announces that online registration for the county’s Winter Fun Program will begin on Friday, November 14, at 8 a.m.

Interested participants may register by visiting the Winter Fun Program website, and click on “Online Registration”.

The program runs from December 22 to January 5, Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., except on holidays. The Winter Fun Program is open to children 5 to 11 years old.

Program sites include the Kekaha, Kalāheo, and Līhu‘e neighborhood centers, and the Anahola Clubhouse. The cost of enrollment is $50 per child, and it does not include lunch.

Enrollment is limited and will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Parents or guardians will need to provide lunch, beverages, and snacks for their child/children on a daily basis.
