Road closure scheduled for Olohena Road on June 22

KAPA‘A – The Department of Public Works and Earthworks Pacific, are announcing that a portion of Olohena Road will be closed on June 22 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The road closure is necessary for the pouring of a concrete retaining wall.

Motorists will need to use alternate routes during the mentioned timeframe. The detour routes are as follows:

• Eastbound traffic on Olohena Road will be routed onto Waipouli Road from Kamalu Road via Olohena Road.
• Westbound traffic will be routed onto Waipouli Road via Hauiki Road, and onto Kamalu Road via Olohena Road.
