KŌLOA – The Department of Public Works and Cushnie Construction are announcing that the scheduled installation of a drainage swale across Weliweli Road has been delayed. Construction is anticipated to begin in January of 2026.

KŌLOA – The Department of Public Works and its contractor, Cushnie Construction, are announcing a full road closure along a portion of Weliweli Road in Kōloa from November 10 to mid-December, weather permitting.
The following closures are necessary for installation of a drainage swale across Weliweli Road.
Access to properties and businesses will continue to be provided.
Please make the appropriate arrangements to accommodate the necessary road closures and allow extra time to get to destinations. During this time, no parking will be allowed in the work zones. Flaggers will be positioned at the work zone to direct traffic.
