Water conservation notice lifted for Wainiha and Ha'ena

WAINIHA/HA'ENA - The Department of Water (DOW) has lifted the water conservation notice for Wainiha and Ha'ena as of 4:00 p.m. this afternoon. Customers may now resume normal water use.
