8/20/24 (Update) KAPA'A - The Department of Water has cancelled the water service shutdown previously scheduled for August 22 on a portion of Olohena Road. The waterline tie-in work will be rescheduled, and an announcement will be made once a new date is confirmed.

KAPA’A – The Department of Water and Earthworks Pacific, Inc. has scheduled a water service shutdown on a portion of Olohena Road, near the vicinity of Olohena Road and Waipouli Road, on Thursday, August 22, 2024 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., weather permitting to tie-in a waterline to the existing system.
Customers located in the service area are advised to prepare for the water service shutdown by taking the following steps:
• Store water to meet your needs until water service can be safely restored.
• Notify neighbors, family and friends of the water service shutdown.
• Those with faulty water heaters should ensure that water heaters do not empty during the shutdown.
