LĪHU‘E – The Kaua‘i Police Department (KPD) will host the fifth annual Touch-A-Truck event on Saturday, June 20, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. The event is free and open to the public, and will be held at the Vidinha Stadium parking lot in Līhu‘e.
Touch-A-Truck is a community-wide event where families and children can sit in, touch, see and learn about all kinds of vehicles. Explore a variety of large-scale vehicles up close, including a bomb vehicle, fire engine, sanitation truck, dump truck, police car, and more. Attendees can also learn about the unique functions of each vehicle and meet the people who operate them.
General parking will be available on the northern side of the Vidinha Stadium parking lot, while the southern end will be reserved for the vehicles on display.
Come and be a part of the fun and get to know the individuals dedicated to supporting the community. Don’t forget to pack water, snacks, and sunscreen for a fun-filled morning.

Requests made as early as possible will allow adequate time to fulfill your request. Upon request, this notice is available in alternate formats such as large print, Braille, or electronic copy.
