Enhanced Absentee Mail Voting Services for Voters Impacted by North Shore Flooding

The Office of the County Clerk, Elections Division is initiating enhanced absentee mail voting services for registered voters of the North Shore who were directly impacted by flooding, which occurred in April 2018.  Voters residing inside the security checkpoints will be able to pick-up their absentee ballots on Friday, July 20, 2018 at the Hanalei Colony Resort, if they submit an absentee ballot application to the Elections Division by July 6, 2018.

To accomplish this mission, the Office of the County Clerk consists of the Council Services Division and Elections Division. The Council Services Division, which provides support services to the Kauaʻi County Council, consists of four (4) Sections: Research, Records Management, Secretarial Assistants, and Support Services (Clerical).
