The Committee on the Status of Women, Zonta Club of Kauai and Zonta Club of Hanalei called the community to action on Wednesday, April 24, 2019, 12:00 noon at the Lihue Civic Center Mo'ikeha Building Courtyard to rally together for Denim Day. Participants were encouraged to wear denim as a social statement and visible means of protest against the misconceptions that surround sexual assault.
