The Department of Parks and Recreation is accepting applications for all activities and events at Neighborhood Centers.
Continue to Portal to submit an application.
Creating an account on the Portal is required. After logging in, click on Parks & Recreation button or search to find "Neighborhood Center Application" button.

Gym Application
