HANAPĒPĒ – The Salt Pond Beach Park restrooms have been reopened by Parks and Recreation staff; repairs have been completed.

High Surf Warning in effect for Kaua‘i through Tuesday 6 p.m.

The National Weather Service has issued a High Surf Warning for north- and east-facing shores of Kaua‘i and Ni‘ihau currently in effect through 6 p.m. Tuesday, February 24. The warning may be extended, dropped, or modified as conditions develop.
