The Kauai Police Activities League (K-PAL) is a non-profit organization devoted to developing character, self-discipline and healthy lifestyles among Kauai’s youth. It also seeks to strengthen Police-Community relations. Last year alone, our programs reached over 1,200 youth on our island.

K-PAL strives to “fill playgrounds, not prisons” by providing positive activities and role models for our youth in hopes of encouraging good behavior and helping them reach their full potential.

Additionally, K-PAL strives to create an environment which inspires our youth to maintain a drug free life and avoid the dangerous paths associated with illegal drugs.
