Sewer Credit Application Instructions

Sewer Credit Application typically mailed out at the end of October.  Application accepted during the period November 1st - December 31st and/or January 2nd if the 31st falls on a Weekend.  

All Applicants must attach a copy of page 1 of their previous year Federal Income Tax Return and pages 1 & 2 of their previous year State Income Tax Return.  Failure to attach copies of the tax forms will result in sewer credit disqualification.  Applicants that were not required to file Tax Returns may complete the Self-Prescribing Affidavit form in lieu of submitting copies of the required tax forms.

Customers may Walk-in and drop off their applications with Tax forms at the Wastewater Management Divisions office during normal business hours.
