August 26 Update: The non-emergency line at (808) 241-1711 is now operational. Out of an abundance of caution, the alternative non-emergency numbers listed below also remain available should callers experience any difficulty.

LĪHUʻE – Due to a temporary disruption in phone service, the Kaua‘i Police Department's non-emergency line at (808) 241-1711 is currently unavailable.

Until the issue is resolved, the public is advised to use the following alternative non-emergency contact numbers:

Updates will be provided as they become available. 911 remains fully operational for emergencies.
