The primary responsibility of our fire investigation duty is to determine the origin & causes of fires. Prevention prepares a Fire Investigation Report in regard to the incident. For a copy of a Fire Investigation Report, please email your request to: kfd@kauai.gov.
Please be sure to include the name of the person (s) involved in the incident along with the date, time, and location of such incident.
