Recycling Education
Upon request, the County of Kaua'i Solid Waste Division, in partnership with the State Department of Health, offers free HI5 Educational Outreach to all schools and businesses.
Our HI5 and Solid Waste Diversion team is available for presentations to groups of all ages, from keiki to kupuna.
We provide education on recycling, composting, and waste diversion, and can also coordinate tours of our facilities, including the Landfill and the Kaua‘i Resource Center.
In addition, our team can conduct free on-site waste audits for businesses interested in improving their waste diversion practices.
